DomainCollateral provides secured loans using premium domain names as collateral. These terms outline the agreement between DomainCollateral ("Lender") and the borrower ("You").

2. Loan Structure
2.1 Loan Amounts
Loan amounts range from $5,000 to $5,000,000, determined by:
- Appraised value of your domain
- Current market demand
- Loan-to-value ratio (typically 30-60%)
2.2 Interest Rates
Fixed interest rates between 8.9% and 15.9% APR based on:
- Domain quality and liquidity
- Loan term length
- Loan-to-value ratio
2.3 Repayment Terms
Choose from flexible repayment schedules:
- Short-term: 6-12 months (interest-only payments)
- Standard: 12-24 months (principal + interest)
- Extended: 24-36 months (principal + interest)
3. Domain Requirements
To qualify as collateral, domains must meet these criteria:
- Registered for at least 1 year
- No pending legal disputes
- Minimum appraisal value of $10,000
- .com, .io, .co or other premium extensions
- Clear ownership with no liens
Valuation Process
We evaluate domains based on:
- Comparable sales data
- Search volume and CPC for keywords
- Extension and character length
- Brandability and memorability
4. Fees & Charges
4.1 Origination Fee
1-3% of loan amount (based on risk assessment)
4.2 Late Payment Fee
5% of payment amount or $50 (whichever is greater)
4.3 Other Fees
- Appraisal fee: $0 (waived for funded loans)
- Wire transfer fee: $25 (domestic), $45 (international)
- Default processing: $250 + legal costs
5. Default & Recovery
If you default on payments:
- 15-day grace period for late payments
- After 30 days, we may initiate domain transfer
- After 60 days, we may sell the domain to recover funds
